Getting Back On The Health Wagon

This is the official first Entry of my Fitness Diary.  From this day forward I will write daily as I get back on the horse that I call getting healthy.

Today’s Weight: 251.6 lbs
Exercise None:
Tonight’s Dinner: Sausage and Peppers

I am just getting back up from falling off the horse as it were.  So this is the first step.  Please give a like and any comments are always appreciated.
